REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE By your application dated February 1,1989 and Westinghouse Electric Corporation's 1988 ycu submitted WCAP-12067, Revision 1 (Proprietary) af fidavit dated December 8,(Non-proprietary) entitled, " Evaluation of Thermal and WCAP-12087, Revision 1 Stratification for the South Texas Units 1 and 2 Pressurizer Surge Line" and requested that WCAP-12067, Revision 1 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.

You stated that the submitted information should be considered exempt froru

If the basis for withholding this information from public inspection should change in the future such that the information could then be made available
