Petitions were transmitted in references (a) and (c) above to allow disposal of low level radioactively contaminated sludge under 10CFR 20.203.
References (b) and (d) were requests for additional information from members of your staff. Commonwealth Edison requests that those petitions be canceled. A new petition will be filed when Illinois becomes an agreemnt state.
Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our request by transmitting a copy of this letter to the designated state official.
