Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e), GPUN is submitting this annual revision to the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Updated Final Safety Analysis Report.
This revision represents changes made to the plant during tne year 1986 and reflects the plant configuration as of December 31, 1986.
The delay in the submittal of this update was due to the additional changes necessary to reflect modifications done during the Cycle 11R refueling outage. The extension was agreed to by Mr. Jack Donohew of your staff.
The entire text of the Updated FSAR has been retyped to be compatible with the GPUN word processing system.
The retyping resulted in some pages being renumbered and therefore we are re-submitting several pages that have been renumbered but do not include any text changes.
Each replacement page that includes text that has been revised for this update includes a vertical ine in i
the margin adjacent to the revised text, as well as a footer indicating Rev.

In addition, a list has been provided that identifies the current pages of the Updated FSAR following page replacement.
