696-9092) by which you transmitted a change to the GA Category II & III Physical Protection Plan. This plan is also referred to as the " Fixed Site and Transportation Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate and Low Strategic Significance" dated February, 1983.
We find the page changes enclosed with that letter as Attachment 2 to be consistentwiththeprovisionsof10CFR70.32(e). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
The enclosures to your letters as identified above which were indicated as containing Proprietary Information are being withheld from public disclosure and must be protected and controlled in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
