,y The NRC administered examinations on September 14-16, 1987, to employees of your facility who had applied for licenses to operate the University of Virginia and CAVALIER reactors.
At the conclusion of the written examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff; at the conclusion of the site visit, pertinent:

Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
Facility comments regarding the written examination and Commission resolution of these comments are included in this report in Enclosure 1.
