Inspection Report 86-07 Notice of Violation Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) recently transmitted Reference 3 containing a response to a notice of violation.

OPPD's response, which contained safe-guards information, was transmitted without the proper SAFEGUARDS stamp on the attached page.

This was inadvertently omitted due'to corrections made on the attachment during processing.

This error was recognized and c'oies were stamped correctly, for OPPD internal distribution.
