i Earnest,' violations were assessed -for lock and key control.

.information on corrective. actions was needed.

The District has revised procedures on control of plant keys to ensure positive contro1~of security. keys. The current procedure for central-issue of security keys,' improved. inventory procedures, and a lock' and key register eliminate passing of keys from shift to shift.

-The District is presently:in full' compliance with NRC requirements for lock and key--control.
