Dear Mr. Hunter:
NRC Inspection Report 84-17 Notice of Violation On April 2,1985, the Omaha Public Power District received Reference (2).
This letter requested additional information regarding the District's re-sponse to violations identified in the subject report be provided within twenty (20) days of the date of the letter.
As discussed with you on April 4,1985, it is not possible for the District to meet the twenty (20) day response requirement of Reference (2) due to the unavailability of certain personnel necessary for the preparation of the requested information.
Therefore, the District will provide the requested information by April 24, 1985; thirty (30) days from the date of Reference (2).
