Regional Transfer of 50.54(p) Submittal for Washington Public Power Suply System Nuclear Project, Unit 2, dated January 31, 1989.
The enclosure is submitted pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p) and does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the approved plan.
The enclosure contains Safeguards Information concerning security measures for the physical protection of Supply System facilities in which special nuclear material is used. This information is to be protected in accordance with 10CFR 73.21.
