. This letter forwards Revision 7 to the' U.I S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). approved August-1979 " Security Force-Training and Qualification Plan,. San Onofre Nuclear' Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3," for NRC review under 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Revision 7 to this. plan incorporates textual changes which are a result of our continuing review and update of this plan.
Accordingly, enclosed are four copies of Revision 7 to this plan textual changes for review. Two copies are also forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC, Region V.
The changes described in the enclosure and its attachment do not decrease' the safeguards effectiveness of this plan.
Information contained in the enclosure and the plan textual pages do not require protection under 10 CFR 73.21. Accordingly, the safeguards information designation has been deleted from the affected plan textual pages.
