Dear Mr. Hairston:
Pursuant to the antitrust review of the captioned nuclear unit, the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has made a finding in accordance with Section 105c(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, that no significant antitrust changes have occurred subsequent to the antitrust operating license review of Unit 1 of Plant Vogtle.
This finding is subject to reevaluation if a member of the public requests same in response to publication of the finding in the Federal Register. A copy of the notice that is being transmitted to the Federal Register and a copy of the Staff Review pursuant to Unit 2 of Plant Vogtle are enclosed for your information.
