At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of. your staff identified in the enclosed. report.

We.are concerned over the lack of quality and. lack of cor. trol over examination material submitted to the NRC and its contractors. Problems in required information.not being provided, different material being provided to NRC and'

Even after a second shipment was received complete information was not always available. We-request that you initiate a review of this matter and provide us with your assessment and corrective actions within'30 days of receipt of.
