- Bruce T. Austin, Ph.D., Medical Radiation Consultants, Inc., Dayton, Ohio, terminated .their contract to provide consultant radiation safety services to Wright State University effective February 9, 1987.

- Wright State University has contracted with E. Theordore Agard, Ph.D.,

Consultant Radiation Physicist, P.O. Box 2086, Kettering, Ohio 45429, for radiation safety services effective Monday, February 16, 1987.

Dr. Agard will provide twelve (12) hours of direct on-campus service per week. This is a change from the number of hours of service pro-vided by Medical Radiation Consultants, Inc., and as reflected in our letter of October 12, 1982. The number of service hours will be increased should the need be indicated. Dr. Agard will respond to emergency and other extraordinary circumstances at the request of the Chairer, University Radiation Safety Committee and/or the Director, Department of Environmental Health and Safety.
