For the record, my state license number in Onlo is 28570, and I have been licensed since 1965.

My specialty board certification in internal medicino was issued on April 6,1961, 11y offico address is 7076 Corporate Way, Dayton, Ohio 45459; phono

$13/433-1712 or $13/299-7204.

I have been involved in pacemaker testing since 1971 and ran the Pacemaker Clinic at the Cox Heart Instituto, testing mercury battery and lithium as well as nuclear poworod pacemakers.

In 1970, I did research with a nuclear poworod pacemaker, promethium
