l Please find attached three (3) copies of Revision 2-to WCAP's 11308 (proprietary) and 11309 (non proprietary) "RTD Bypass Elimination Licensing. Report for Catawba Units 1 and 2".
This revision is provided to document the thermowell relocation resulting from interference in one hot leg scoop. This change has no impact on the existing safety evaluations and analyses.
Also enclosed is a Westinghouse Application for Withholding, CAW-87-091, j
Accompanying Affidavit and Proprietary Information Notice.
l As this r,ubmittal contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric l
Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information which is l
