k" River Bend Station - Unit 1 Refer to Region IV Docket No. 50-458 Pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p), please find enclosed four copies (Nos. 10, 11, 12, and 14) of Revision 5 to the River Bend Station (RBS) Safeguard Contingency Plan (SCP).
Changes have been made to the SCP to reflect current activities of the RBS security program. An explanation of these changes are enclosed to facilitate NRC review.
The changes have been determined to not involve unresolved safety questions or decrease the effectiveness of the security program.
Changes in the text are indicated by side bars.
Revision 5 of the SCP, issued in total, supercedes all earlier revisions.
The SCP is considered "Saf5 guards Information" pursuant to 10CFR73.21 and should be handled accordingly.
