Therefore, in accordance with-10 CFR 55.55(a) his license, No. OP-50102-1, has expired.

Mr.- Hayton has been licensed under Docket Number 55-50172. The effective date of this employment termination was February 16,1989.

Additionally, the renewal application. for Mr. Hayton submitted by the Reference, is hereby withdrawn.
