The NRC staff has requested that we periodically advise them of cur progress in fulfilling SEP commitments. This request was made specifically j

in regards to the seismic upgrading of main steam piping supports outside j

containment.

i The resolution program for every Yankee Commitment resulting from j

all SEP topics is now being scheduled. We will advise the NRC project

manager, in writing, when each commitment has been fulfilled. The staff, if they so elect, may audit calculations or discuss results with our engineers f

at that time.
