the reactor vessel at Unit 1. y gr The pipe runs from a coolant puep to No indication yet as to who is reponsible or how the gouges occurred. Damage occurred after April 14,1983, since on that date the pipe had been inspected and was in an undamaged condition.
The IAT has been informed.
The licensee has issued a press release. Local press interest has occurred.
