REPORT DISTRIBUTION PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CONCERNS RELATED TO SEQUOYAH Re:

Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 By a letter dated April 17, 1987, TVA's plan for the distribution of the l

evaluation reports and corrective action plans for the employee concerns applicable to Sequoyah was submitted. We have reviewed your plan and find it acceptable. The staff however has generated comments for your consideration regarding implementation of the plan.

1.

TVA should revise the steps required to be taken to obtain a response to a specific concern.

It would seem appropriate that concerns be cross-referenced with Element Numbers for all categories except for Industrial Safety (IS) and Management and Personnel (M&P) to avoid confusion with subcategory and category reports.

I 2.

TVA should consider making subcategory reports for M&P and IS categories available for distribution.

3.

TVA should make reports available in public reading rooms removed from TVA premises.

4.

TVA should inform concerned individuals that the NRC will provide employee concern numbers to those.ndividuals in possession of a TVA badge or like identification.
