Condition 12 should read: " Licensed material shall be used by, or under the supervision of, Dr. John A. Polo, Jr.,"

Our: Byproduct Material License No. 45-04169-03 has been amended (April 13, 1987)'

to note'that Dr. Polo, Assistant Professor'of Physics, will supervise the use of

.these materials. Dr.-Polo has had extensive use of radioactive sources at Chalk River, Canada, and in, teaching nuclear physics laboratory experiments in several universities.
