RE: Renewal of Materials License SNM-1712
Dear Sirs:
I am requesting renewal of our license under the reduced paperwork option described in youYiristructions of application for license renewal.
The changes fram the 1982 renewal are:
1)
Karl M. Gunther - Change in title from supervisor to manager
- 2) Elimination of Gary T. Cooney in that he no longer works with the elemental analyzer.
- 3) Removal of Mr. Cannon and Mr. Wiesenthal from third and fourth individuals to be notified in case of emergency due to retire-ment.
