Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
These concern j
the Waterford nuclear power plant ar.d were received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) during the period from January 1, 1985, to the present.
The NRC received seven FOIA requests and two appeals of l
l denials of information in NRC's responses to two of those requests, and one appeal for lack of response, as identified below.
There were no related lawsuits.
