Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 3 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. I and 2.
The attached contains no change which is known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided. This revision cites changes made in the management organization reporting relationships.
The information attached has been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR73.21.
