1 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p),
Florida Power Corporation is hereby submitting changes to the Modified Amended Security Plan (Revision 4).
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan or its implementation.
An evaluation of each change and replacement pages for the Plan are enclosed with this submittal.
The enclosure contains safeguard information as defined in 10 CFR 73.2(jj) and, as such, shall be withheld from public disclosure and protected pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
