Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Nemen M. Terc of this office
during the period August 24-27, 1987, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
Licenses DPR-51 and NPF-6 for Arkansas Nuclear One, and to the discussien of
our findings with Mr. S. M. Quennoz, General Manager, Plant Operations and
other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection included licensee's emergency training
program and its implementation.
The inspection findings are documented in the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations, deviations, or deficiencies
were identified.
