'IN-SERVICE INSPECTION -- ASME CODE RELIEF REQUEST SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATION FEE Gentlemen:
By letter dated September 28,1987 (Serial Number BSEP/87-1097), Carolina Power &
Light Company (CP&L) submitted a scheduler relief request from ASME Section XI requirements relating to hydrostatic pressure testing. The submittal of an application fee was inadvertently omitted from the request.
