In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), attached is the original plus three copies (copy Nos.1-4) of Revision 14 to the Arkansas Nuclear One Industrial Security Plan.
A brief description of the changes made in this revi > ton and the revised pages to the plan are attached.
It was determined by Arkansas
(
Power & Light Company that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and, therefore, were made without prior NRC approval.
Chenges made in this revision address comments provided by Mr. L. J. Callan in his letter of July 25, 1988 (0CAN078819).
These comments were associated with Revision 13 to the Plan submitted in our letter of May 27, 1988 (BCAN058812).
The attachment contains Safeguards Information of the type specified in 10CFR73.21 and, therefore, should be withheld from public disclosure.
