NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-259/88-27, 50-260/88-27, AND.
50-296/88-27
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission'(NRC) inspection conducted by-
A. R. Long on August 23-26, September 12-16, September 27-30, October 12-14,.
October 18-21, October 24-28, and December 14-15,1988; 'and January 6,
1989.
The inspection included'a review of activities authorized for your Browns Ferry
facility. At the conclusion of the. inspection, the findings were discussed
with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed Inspection Report.
Areas examined during the inspection were licensee ' actions on Inspector
Followup Items and previous enforcement issues.
Within these areas, the
inspection. consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in progress.
With'n the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
