Dear Mr. Port:
d This follows-up my letter to you of June 29, 1987 which responded to 4
your request for all quarterly reports of transfer of devices distributed under general licenses from 1980 through the first quarter of 1986.
In my letter I indicated that the quarterly reports for which no proprietary l
claim had been made are publicly available at the NRC Public Document Room (POR),1717 H Street, NW., Washington, DC 20555 by requesting access to FOIA file folder 86-413.
Based on additional review more information relating to the quarterly reports is now available.
For companies whose information has been placed in a computer database, the additional information is being disclosed on computer printouts. Also, copies of several quarterly reports for certain companies whose information is not yet included in the computer database are being made publicly available at the NRC Public Document Room, in file folder F01A-86-413 under the name of White. Enclosed are Appendices A and B listing the additional records. Also enclosed is information on how you may obtain copies of these records should you wish to do so.
