Our reply, pursuant i
to the provisions of section 2.201, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, consists of this letter and Appendix A (attached).
In Appendix A an explanation of our position regarding the validity of the violation is provided.

-the physical protection of Supply System facilities in which special nuclear material is used. This information is to be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
