l Please find attached Topical Report 045, entitled "BWR-2 Transient Analysis Model Using the RETRAN Code".
This is the fifth and final report l
addressing GPUN reload analysis methods.
As discussed in our previous I
letters, it is our intent to perform the full reload core safety analysis in-house for the Cycle 12 core.
l In support of a. scheduled Cycle 12 start-up date of December, 1988, GPUN l
intends to make its initial submittal utilizing the methods presented in l
the Topical Reports by March, 1988.
GPUN requests that the NRC review and approval be accomplished prior to the Cycle 12 start-up date.
