Attached are the following listed pages dated 6/30/87 as Revision 45 to the subject Topical Report describing the Commonwealth Edison Quality Assurance Program:
Rev. Contents Pages 1-3, Appendix A Index, Page Nos. 1-1, 1-4-1-10, 1-12, 1-13, 1-15, 1-17, 1-18, 1-19, 1-21-1-27, 1-30, 1-32-1-39, 1-41-1-44, 2-1, 2-6, 2-7, 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4, 4-2, 4-3, 5-2, 6-2, 6-3, 7-1, 7-2, 9-3, 11-3, 15-2, 15-3, 16-2, 18-1, 18-2 and 18-3.
The revision reflects the new Engineering organizations and the title changes resulting from the Nuclear Division reorganization.
The organization changes will be carried out over the near future as physical department arrangements and personnel moves can be made and as the licensing and placement into commercial operation of the new units are completed. Overall, howevar, the responsibilities established in the Prog...m will be fulfilled during the transition period. The revision also reflects the realignment of the Quality Assurance organization and related title changes.
The changes do not reduce the coma.itments in the previously accepted Quality Assurance Program and are therefore being implemented immediately or as stated above.
