Dear Dr. Siskind:
This letter confirms arrangements discussed between you and Joe Kane of the NRC staff for one technical consultant from Brookhaven (BNL) to attend a one day meeting to be held on January 24, 1989 with representatives of the DOE.
The meeting is being held to discuss ongoing work to solidify low-level waste produced at the West Valley Nuclear Services Center at West Valley, hY.
I have attached two copies of the meeting announcement outlining the meeting.
