Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), please find attached the signed original and $ree copies of Revision 31 to the McGuire Nuclear Station Security Plan.
Revision 31 was developed to address several conversations between your staff and my staff concerning the Miscellaneous Amendments and Search Requirements and D. Hood's letter of August 17, 1987, subject as above.
Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 3', does not decrease the effectiveness of the McGuire Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to the security provisions of McGuire Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
