Request for Additional Information (RAI) Concerning NRC Bulletin 85-03.
By letters dated Mcy 6, September 5, and November 5, 1986, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District responded to NRC Bulletin 85-03, " Motor-0perated Valve Common Mode Failures during Plant Transients Due to Improper Switch Settings."
Based on our review of your submittals, additional information, listed in an enclosure to this letter, is needed to complete our assessment of your program.
Please provide the requested information, in the format specified and to the addresses listed in NRC Bulletin 85-03, within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
