This related to

CPPR-127 for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2.
j Those persons in attendance are identified in Enclosure 1 to this j
letter.
The meeting was held to discuss Region IV's pre-operational inspection experience in the security program area and how this experience might be applied to the Comanche Peak effort.
Topics of j
discussion were based on the 81000 series inspection procedures

identified in Chapter 2513 of the NRC Inspection Manual.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided a better understanding of NRC requiations and requirements in the area of security programs.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be pleased to discuss them.
