We have received a copy of your application dated June 1,1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application requires review and approval of your Company's plan on behalf of the Haddam Neck Plant and Millstone, Unit 1 to amend l
the In-Service Inspection Programs to utilize ASME Code Section XI, 1983 Edition, Subarticle IWF-3400, " Acceptance Standards."
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your June 1,1987 request.
Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your applica-tion in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
