SUBJECT:
INVESTIGATION OF ALLEGED ELECTRICAL DEFICIENCIES AT COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION Attached is the Office of Investigations' Report of Investigation concerning the above matter.
The investigation was initiated upon receipt of allecations by an electrician formerly employed at Comanche Peak.
The allegations involved a number or problems, in the alleger's view, with the plant's elec"rical wc'rk which he had
'observec in 1979-1980. Several of his concerns were a leviater when ne was snown oocumentation of inspections, reports, procedures and tests conducted after he left the construction site in January 1980. The remainder were made
