Thank you for your letter dated August 21, 1987 in response to our August 6, 1987 letter, and enclosure, which described an allegation received by NRC Region III pertaining to an employee allegedly onsite while under the influence of drugs.
Within 30 days after receipt of this letter, you are requested to send us a copy of the investigation report referred to in your August 21, 1987 letter, pertaining to the allegation.
Portions of the investigation report required to be excluded from public disclosure under the authority of 10 CFR 2.790 should be identified in your submittal.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room The response requested by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedure of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL-96-511.
