I In accordance with Section 105c of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), we are transmitting a copy of the application filed by Gulf States Utilities Company for a permit to construct River Bend Station Units 1 and 2.
Also transmitted are three copies of information requested by the Attorney General for antitrust review.
The application was submitted to the Atomic Energy Commission on June 5, 1
