Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR-43 Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Plant Industrial Security Manual Appendix B Revision 1 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), enclosed you will find the original and three (3) copies of Appendix B Revision 1 to the Plant Industrial Security Manual.
Appendix B describes the temporary security measures employed during the construction of a new Administration and Training Facility (ATF). Attachment 1 to this letter describes the changes being made to Appendix B.
WPSC expects that Appendix B will be effective until the end of December 1987, when this phase of construction will be nearing completion.
WPSC has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effec-I tiveness of the Industrial Security Plan and are therefore submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
