Enclosed are twenty (20) copies of the completed Babcock & Wilcox proprietary Topical Report B AW-10171P, "REFLOD3B."

This report describes the computer code that Babcock & Wilcox will be using to analyze reactor coolant system behavior during the refill and reflood phases cf ti e loss-of-contant accident (LOCA) transient.

The report is considered proprietary as sworn by me as Manager, Babcock & Wilcox Licensing, in my affidavit presented with our April _.15,1987 submittal of the draft topical report and should be treated as such.
