GRAND GULF NUCLEAR STATION (GGNS), UNIT 1 REVISIONS 9 AND 10 TO THE OFFSITE DOSE CALCULATION MANUAL (TAC NO. 64837) i By letter dated February 27, 1987, System Energy Resources, Inc. (the licensee) transmitted Revisions 9 and 10 to the GGNS Unit 1 Offsite Dose Calculational Manual (0DCM) together with the semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report.
The NRC staff has reviewed Revisions 9 and 10 to the ODCM. Pevisions 9 and 10 are essentially administrative and typographical. They improve and upgrade the Grand Gulf ODCM by iniproving the clarity and consistency of the ODCM with the Grand Gulf Technical Specifications and with the 1986 Land Use Census of the licensee. The NRC staff concludes that the GGNS Unit 1 ODCM as revised through Revision 10 dated December 1986 uses documented and approved methods that are consistent with the methodology and guidelines in NUREG-0133, and is an accep-table reference..The changes incorporated in Revisions 9 and 10 are in compli-ance with Section 6.14.2 of the GGNS Unit 1 Technical Specifications.
