BIG ROCK POINT PLANT This is in response to your request of February 6, 1987, submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90 to amend the Physical Security Plan at the Big Rock Nint Plant.

Based on our review, we have determined that additional information is required in order to evaluate the plan's acceptability.

Our specific comments are contained in the enclosure to this letter.

Please respond within 45 days of the date of this letter so that review can continue.

The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and must be protected against unauthorized disclosure.

The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten' respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
