On July 29, 2020, staff from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) held a conference call to discuss clarifications needed in relation to ACO's submittal dated July 17, 2020 (Reference 1 ).. The purpose of this letter is to provide supplemental.
responses to the NRC's original request for additional information (RAis) (Reference 2) on ACO's NR-3605-0010, Transportation Security Plan for Classified Matter Shipments for the American Centrifuge Plant, as Enclosure 1 of this letter. Revisions are noted with a revision bar in the right-hand margin. provides proposed changes to NR-3605-0010.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Security-Related Information and, in accordance with the guidance provided by the DOE, contain Official Use Only information. Therefore, ACO requests these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations 2.390( d)(l ).
