This letter confirms the telephone conversation between you and Mr. L. A. Reyes of this office on August 12, 1997, concerning a management meetirg which has been scheduled for September 4,1997, from 1:00 p.m. -

3:30 p.m..

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss status of the Environmsntal Qualification Program Reconstitution Effort, Control Building Ventilation System Upgrade, Outage Progress, work related to Generic Letter

. 96 01 review, anc recent management changes at Brunswick Steam Electric Plant.

The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II Office, 61 Forsyth Street, SE, in Atlanta Georgia. The meeting will be held in the DRP/DRS Conference Room-24T25-which is located on the 24th floor. The meeting is an open meeting.as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994:.59 FR 48340).
