In accordance with NRC Generic Letter 86-10, TVA has also enclosed copies of the changed pages to SQN's

updated Fire Protection Report.

Amendment 14 to SON's UFSAR includes the effects of:

changes made to the facility or procedures as described in the UFSAR; safety evaluations performed in support of license amendments or that support conclusions that changes did not involve an unreviewad safety question; and analyses of new safety issues performed by or on behalf of SON at the Commission's request.

The updated information reflects changes between June 11, 1996, and November 4, r

Following the issuance of Amendment 13, TVA discovered printing and

-pagination errors that occurred during the Amendment 13 reproduction process.
