On August 15,1997,I sent you a Notice of Violation and Proposed imposition of Civil Penalty for violations of security requirements. My letter transmitting that Notice referenced an incorrect inspection report No. 50 244/96-08, as well as an incorrect inspection period (May 21-30,1997). The correct references are inspection Report No. 50-244/97 08, and the inspection period from May 27 30,1997. A corrected copy of the first page of the August 15,1997 letter is enclosed.
