In accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) and 10CFR50.4(b)(5). Southern Nuclear Operating Company hereby submits Revision 27 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Units 1 and 2 V(q Emergency Plan (the Plan).
)
Revision 27 incorporates a revised site boundary map in the Preface, updates letters of agreement in Appendix 2 changes to Emergency Communications Plan in Appendix 8 and other editorial changes throughout the Plan. Justifications for the changes are located within Enclosure 1. provides the insertion instructions. Enclosure 3 identifies the revised pages. These plan changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
